Olalekan Olaiya is the CEO of Solid-Forte. His 17 years work experience spans banking (Commercial and Microfinance), Management Consulting, Finance and Information Technology across Nigeria, United Kingdom and North America.
Olalekan holds a Masters degree in Business with Financial Management from Newcastle Business School (United Kingdom) and Certified Expert in SME Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (Germany).
Chief Operations Officer
Oversees operations and ensures smooth service delivery.
Desmond Olaiya is the Head of Business Development. He has about 10 years experience driving expansion and profitability.
His work experience cuts across Commercial and Retail banking, SME Relationship management, FMCG, e-Business and Financial Inclusion. He holds a Masters degree in Development Economics and an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Makinde Teslim is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has over 7 years of experience overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability.
His professional experience spans Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury Management, Audit, and Taxation across multiple industries. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and is a Chartered Accountant, as well as a member of relevant professional financial bodies.
